Whether it’s an issue with a vehicle or an assured report, we offer a quick and easy solution to raise a concern via our customer concerns form.

Raise a Concern

The one-stop form for raising customer concerns with G3.  If you have an issue with a vehicle, a sale or an invoice this is the place to raise your concern via the simple form and one of our customer service team will get back to you (usually within 24hrs).

If you have a concern with a G3 Assured report/vehicle please also use this form and the buyer services team will get back to you.  See below for details on the assured scheme and the terms that apply.

Make an Assured Claim

We work hard to create accurate and trusted assured reports for those vehicles that qualify for the G3 Assured scheme.  If for some reason you believe there to be an inaccuracy in the report after purchase you are required to inform us via this form within the timeframes listed in our terms:

Upon purchase of the vehicle then buyers are given 96 hours or 250 miles (whichever comes first) to contact G3 should they experience a misreported issue.
