We work hard to create accurate and trusted assured reports for those vehicles that qualify for the G3 Assured scheme. If for some reason you believe there to be an inaccuracy in the report after purchase you are required to inform us via this form within the timeframes listed in our terms:

In line with the national lockdown issued by the Government, as of Tuesday 24th March the G3 office and auction site will shutdown until further notice. As a result we are removing the Customer Concerns form as the mailbox will not be visible until the office reopens – we apologise for the inconvenience and will happily look into any customer concerns when we return to ‘business as usual’.
