E-Sales at G3 and Customer Information

With the extension of the ‘Stay Home’ lockdown in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK, G3 will continue to suspend physical auctions and keep our site closed for the foreseeable future. We have taken all necessary steps to protect both our staff and customers during this unprecedented period for both our business and our community.

As of today, we have taken the decision to support the numerous requests of both buyers and vendors by reopening our digital platform to offer our current stock holding using our safe and secure E-Sales events.

How will it work?

E-Sales events will be held exclusively online at G3remarketing.co.uk from week commencing 27th April 2020 and will see our usual Monday Elite Sale, Tuesday Essential Sale and Thursday Economy Sale events take place, either as standalone or combined events all from the convenient time of 12pm (Midday). Keep an eye on the upcoming calendar for confirmation of dates.

The G3 E-Sales will be carried out in accordance with Government guidelines for safe working, with a skeleton staff on hand to support the sale and a strict appointment-only contact-less collection/delivery procedure. Please note: The G3 office and auction hall will remain closed to the public during the continued lockdown.

The sales will be available on our web-based bidding platform, with a live video auctioneer and available across all devices (we recommend Chrome as a web browser). To help de-risk the online buying experience we will continue to offer our market-leading 360° internal/external images, alongside detailed inspection reports and the ‘G3 Assured’ mechanical reports for vehicles which hit our criteria (read more on G3 Assured here).

For all of these sales we have removed the additional online fee.

All successful bids will require payment to made within 48hrs of the hammer falling, and payments can only be made by bank transfer (details of which are on the vehicle invoice). Collection/delivery can not be arranged until payment has been received.
