We work hard to create an environment for our buyers and dealers to thrive, so they come back time and time again. One of the ways we do this is by offering the experience of our colleagues in the Buyer Services Team free of charge!
The Buyer Services Team will work with you to understand the type of stock you require and identify upcoming vehicles that suit your criteria. For registered accounts, we also offer pre-sale walkarounds for the vehicles in a sale consistently being honest with you about the vehicles condition – even if it’s not good news!

Proxy Bids
Can’t make it to an auction? Leave a remote bid – or proxy bid as we call it – and we’ll securely bid on your behalf.

Gradings at auctions can be confusing, but we’ve put together our simplified version to aid the buying process.

Dealer Day Events
At G3 we host regular events on our sale days as a ‘value added’ benefit to the dealers who attend the physical sales at G3 Castleford.
We work with carefully selected partners from across the automotive industry to offer suppliers a space in our hall during a sale to promote and present their product offerings to the dealers attending the sale.

Dealer Stock Funding Options
As a truly independent auction house, we are happy to work with dealer funding providers to help secure your purchase via stocking loans. Dealer stocking plans are designed to give independent and franchised dealers the opportunity to invest in used car and van stock. Free up your cash flow as you could be funding the hammer price, fees and delivery costs of vehicles bought at G3 through our approved stock partners (offering may vary with each provider).
