All of the team works towards 3 core values – the 3 G’s – which guide our decisions and is an important part of every new starter’s onboarding to ensure we maintain World-Class customer service.

    At G3, we’ve taken these words on-board by trying to build a team culture across the business. We know that our people are the most important part of our business – from the 4 people who started the business in 2009, to the nearly 100-strong team we stand as today!

    Culture is the cornerstone of what we do at G3.  We know that to deliver exceptional service to our customers we need to have an exceptional team.

    Activities we enjoy above and beyond our usual day!

    • Quarterly team events

      We regularly get together as a team to go bowling, karting, escape rooms, or even host a games night in our auction hall!

    • Friday Feasts

      Regular friday lunches, from Dominos to pie & peas, on us – usually as a well done for smashing targets at the end of a month!

    • Team Budget

      The last Friday of every month a different department picks a way to spend a pot of money for the whole team to enjoy – from renting an air hockey table to head massages at your desk!

    • G3 FC

      The G3 team often play at a local 5-a-side centre (& we have been known to enjoy a team beer afterwards!)

    • Events & Parties

      We have a legendary ‘all expenses paid’ Christmas party for the team, and each summer we have a family BBQ, alongside numerous award events during the year.
